We are looking for experienced individuals who will support the teens on their journey from first idea to investable business.
People are living longer and healthier lives. That creates a growing population of experienced professionals who still have years of meaningful work ahead of them. Mentoring is one of the most valuable ways to use that time — turning decades of insight into a young person's shortcut, helping a teen avoid common mistakes, make better decisions and build with confidence.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are still active as a founder, executive, investor or specialist. You bring current market knowledge, operational judgment and a network that can open doors for young builders.
You are approaching retirement but not ready to stop contributing. Thanks to improving longevity, you have years of a second career ahead of you — and mentoring is a powerful way to fill them.
WHY MENTOR
Mentoring at the Founders Academy is not a full-time job. It is a focused, high-impact commitment: a few hours of coaching, a candid conversation, or a stage-gate review can change the trajectory of a young founder's life.
BEYOND MENTORING
Mentoring can be the start of an ongoing relationship with young entrepreneurs. Over time it can evolve into a paid consulting engagement, or give you early sight on pre-qualified investment opportunities as a business angel.
