The first three stage gates run as online coaching sessions billed by the hour or completed mission. The final stage gate is a three-day physical offsite with a fixed fee held in Greece.

Online coaching sessions
€150/hour
Online sessions with the Founders Academy team. Conference calls with founders, external mentors, operators and investors. We provide session notes, mission briefs and stage-gate assessments after each session. You can book by the hour, or by module. No minimum commitment. 1. Stage gate 'Ideation': Customer problem and business model 2. Stage gate 'Solution': Prototype design and acceptance testing 3. Stage gate 'Prototype': MVP and willingness to pay

Three-day physical offsite
€1,500 / participant
A summit of three full days on a Greek island with the best global peers. Workshops for co-creation, sprints and validation clinics. Mentoring from founders, academics, innovators and investors. Opportunity to pitch your equity story to our investment Committee, programs, materials and on-site catering included. 4. Stage gate 'Beta': a proven business ready to scale
Reserve an offsite placeThe full four-mission program is available as a flat fee of €3.000 per participant. Individual modules can also be booked at the rates shown above. Prices are per participant and exclude VAT where applicable. Travel and accommodation for the offsite are not included. Progression to the offsite requires passing stage gates 01 — 03.
